Terms of Use for AI Systems

These Terms of Use for AI Systems (“AI Terms”) apply whenever you use the AI-assisted coverage, parsing, or review tooling on Script Hunter (the “Service”). They supplement our Terms of Service and our AI Disclosure. In the event of any conflict, these AI Terms control with respect to AI matters.

1. Coverage is editorial, not authoritative

The Service uses large-language models to draft coverage, with human editorial review before delivery. Outputs reflect editorial judgment; they are not certified, audited, or guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or free from bias.

2. Permitted uses

You may use outputs of the Service (coverage, loglines, character notes, scene notes) for your own creative and analytical purposes and to evaluate the script you submitted. You may share, quote, or excerpt the outputs in connection with your own work.

3. Prohibited uses

• Using outputs to train, fine-tune, or improve any general-purpose AI model, foundation model, or model evaluation set.
• Using outputs as the basis for automated decisions about a person (including eligibility for credit, employment, or benefits).
• Representing outputs as produced by a person, studio, or organization other than Script Hunter.
• Reverse-engineering, extracting, or attempting to reconstruct the prompts, weights, or training data of the underlying models.
• Using outputs to develop a service that competes with Script Hunter or with any of its commercial-facing features.

4. Your responsibility for uploaded material

You are responsible for the scripts, treatments, and notes you upload and for the rights to those materials. See our Content Upload Policy and our DMCA Policy.

5. Provider commitments

Coverage is generated with the assistance of large-language-model providers under written agreements that prohibit those providers from training on your content or using it for their own purposes. Provider configurations may change over time.

6. Errors and revisions

AI-assisted coverage may contain errors. If you believe a report contains a material factual error, write to scripthunter.ai@gmail.com within thirty (30) days of delivery and we will review and (where warranted) issue a corrected version.

7. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for AI-assisted outputs is governed by our Legal Disclaimer.

8. Updates

We may update these AI Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
