Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement (“Subscription Agreement”) supplements our Terms of Serviceand applies whenever you start a paid monthly or annual plan on Script Hunter (the “Service”). In the event of any conflict between this Subscription Agreement and the Terms of Service, this Subscription Agreement controls with respect to subscription matters.

1. Eligibility

To start a subscription you must be at least 18 years old, able to enter into a binding contract, and able to provide a valid payment method. We may decline a subscription sign-up at our sole discretion.

2. Plans and pricing

Subscription plans, features, and pricing are described on the Service and at checkout. Pricing is in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change at the end of a billing period. Existing subscriptions are honored at the rate paid at signup until that subscription is renewed.

3. Billing

We bill in advance for each monthly or annual billing period. By starting a subscription you authorize recurring charges at the rate disclosed at checkout until you cancel. Failure of a charge does not suspend a previously paid billing period.

4. Renewals

Monthly plans renew each month at the then-current rate. Annual plans renew each year at the then-current rate. We will notify you of any price change in advance, and you may cancel before the renewal date.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account page or by writing to us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the then-current billing period; you will keep access to paid features through the end of that period. 6. Free trials

From time to time we may offer a free trial. If a free trial converts to a paid subscription, the rate disclosed at signup applies. You may cancel a free trial at any time before the end of the trial to avoid being charged.

7. Promotional codes

Promotional codes, if any, are honored according to their published terms. Promotional pricing applies to the initial term disclosed at redemption; the subscription renews at the standard rate unless cancelled.

8. Taxes

Subscription fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. We collect any sales, value-added, or similar taxes required by law at the rate in force at the time of billing.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription for conduct that violates our Terms of Service, our Content Upload Policy, or applicable law. Suspension or termination does not relieve you of any amounts due.

10. Governing law

This Subscription Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
