Content Upload Policy

This Content Upload Policy sets out the rules that apply to every script, treatment, pitch, logline, note, and other material uploaded to Script Hunter (the “Service”). It forms part of, and supplements, our Terms of Service and DMCA Policy.

1. What you may upload

You may upload a screenplay, teleplay, stage play, pilot, treatment, pitch, beat sheet, or logline that you (a) authored, (b) have permission to upload, or (c) have been told by the rights holder you may submit for coverage. In all three cases you accept full responsibility for the upload.

2. What you may not upload

• Material you do not have the right to share, including scripts obtained from unauthorized leaks, training-program libraries, or contests whose terms prohibit AI analysis.
• Material that is illegal, that depicts the sexual exploitation of minors, that incites violence, or that is intended to harass, defame, or harm.
• Material containing personal data of third parties (including Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, medical records) you have no right to share.
• Material that infringes copyright, trademark, or any other intellectual property right. See our DMCA Policy for the takedown process.
• Malicious code, ransomware, scraping tooling, or any other content designed to compromise the Service or its users.

3. Ownership and licensing

You retain all rights in your uploaded material. By uploading, you grant Script Hunter a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transcribe, and analyze the upload solely to operate the Service for you. We will not use your content to train general-purpose AI models.

4. Storage and deletion

We retain uploaded content and the coverage reports generated from it for as long as your account is active or for a reasonable period afterward. You may request deletion at any time from your account page or by writing to scripthunter.ai@gmail.com.

5. Sensitive material

The Service is intended for ordinary dramatic material. We do not provide special handling for material that includes graphic violence, sexual content, or other categories that may require heightened care; if your material includes content that demands such handling, do not upload it to the Service.

6. Reporting violations

7. Updates

We may update this Content Upload Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
