Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes the cancellation and refund rules that apply to subscriptions and one-time purchases on Script Hunter (the “Service”). It forms part of, and supplements, our Terms of Service and our Subscription Agreement.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time from your account page or by writing to scripthunter.ai@gmail.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the then-current billing period; you will keep access to paid features through the end of that period.

2. Refunds — monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and may be cancelled at any time. Because the Service is on-demand and the marginal cost of each coverage is small, monthly fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within thirty (30) days of the charge and we will review it in good faith.

3. Refunds — annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. If cancellation occurs within the first fourteen (14) days of the initial term and the Service has not been materially used, a full refund may be requested. After the fourteen-day window, annual fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

4. One-time purchases

One-time purchases (for example, extra coverage reads or report downloads) are non-refundable once the underlying coverage report has been delivered or the report download link has been opened.

5. How to request a refund

Refund requests should be sent to scripthunter.ai@gmail.com from the email address used at signup, and should include the order or transaction ID. We will acknowledge your request within five (5) business days and aim to resolve it within thirty (30) days.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider before contacting us we may suspend your account pending resolution. We are happy to work with you to resolve billing disputes directly.

7. Changes

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time by posting an updated version at this URL with an updated effective date.
