DMCA Policy
Effective August 2026
This DMCA Policy describes how to submit a copyright-infringement notice to Script Hunter LLC (“Script Hunter,” we, us) and how we handle such notices in respect of content on scripthunter.ai (the “Service”). It supplements our Terms of Service and our Content Upload Policy.
1. Designated agent
Our designated agent for receipt of copyright-infringement notices under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2) is:

2. What a complete notice must include
To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a notification of claimed infringement must include each of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list of works at a single online site.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, with information sufficient to permit us to locate the material (for example, the URL or upload ID).
- Contact information — mailing address, telephone number, and email address — for the complaining party.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
3. Submission
Notices that meet all six elements above may be sent to scripthunter.ai@gmail.comwith the subject line “DMCA Notice.” We will acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days.
4. Our handling of notices
On receipt of a complete notice, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, notify the user who provided it, and (in the case of repeat infringers) terminate accounts where appropriate.
5. Counter-notification
If you believe material you uploaded was removed (or access to it disabled) by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Your counter-notification must include each of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material and the URL at which it appeared before it was removed or access disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Script Hunter may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.
6. Repeat infringers
Script Hunter reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are the subject of repeated valid infringement notices.
7. Misrepresentation
Be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
